How long does treatment usually take?

Treatment typically takes 6 to 18 months, depending on case complexity and patient compliance. BioSmart™ T follows a 1-week wear cycle per tray, while BioSmart™ SM uses a 15 day dual-phase wear protocol.

What types of cases can aligners treat?

Do I have to wear them all day?

Yes. You should wear your aligners 20–22 hours per day, removing them only for meals, brushing, and drinking anything other than water.

What if I forget to wear them?

Missing wear time may delay your progress. If you skip hours or days, consult your orthodontist before moving to the next aligner set.

Will they affect my speech?

How do I clean my aligners?
