Licensed dental professionals, orthodontists, and dental institutions registered to practice in India.
Patients engaging in treatment through registered clinics and providers under professional supervision.
All individuals must be legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law.
Healthcare providers are required to create an account on OrthoSync to access treatment planning and order services.
Patients accessing reward redemption or status updates may need to submit limited details for tracking.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
We manufacture custom clear aligners under the BioSmart brand using licensed provider treatment plans.

Orders must be submitted via OrthoSync by authorized clinics.
The treatment plan is approved.
Payment is received or a PO issued.
Turnaround timelines depend on clinical validation and manufacturing load.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.
Payments can be made through Razorpay or approved offline channels.
Late payments may lead to service suspension or interest charges.
We ship across India using verified logistics.
Delivery is expected within 3-10 working days post-manufacture.
Delays due to external factors are not under our control.

Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing begins.
Duplicate payments
Manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours
No refund on treatment planning or digital deliverables.

Synapse is not liable for treatment outcomes or patient dissatisfaction.
All treatment protocols, software, trademarks, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of Synapse HealthTech.
No use is permitted without prior written consent.
Synapse HealthTech's liability is limited to the manufacturing value of the product.
